Credit notes

We guarantee that we will issue you with a credit promptly.

If you used a gift voucher or part thereof for payment of your watch, we will issue you with a new gift voucher with the same expiry date when refunding you.

Should you have benefited from a promotion or special conditions, we will only refund you the actual amount paid. You can of course take advantage of the same promotion or special conditions again should these still be valid.

Where payment was made by credit card this will be credited to the card. Credits to other accounts are not possible. Please understand that this may take 1 to 2 months due to the cycles of credit card institutions.

Should you have paid on invoice, please indicate your bank or post account details. Where advance payments were made these will also be reimbursed to your bank or post account.

Should you not yet have settled the invoice we will cancel it.
